Helping You

Find Healing

Through

Connection

You Don't Have To

Carry It Alone

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming.

You may find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, conflict, self-doubt, emotional disconnection, or the lasting effects of painful experiences.

Therapy offers a place to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin creating new patterns that support healing and connection.

Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more secure in yourself, your relationships, and your future.

Hi, I'm Nicole Campbell, AMFT.

I believe healing happens through connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, experiences, and relationships.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and attachment concerns.

I integrate approaches including:

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

• Attachment-based interventions

• Family systems approaches

• Trauma-informed care

I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to help clients feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

They are surrounded by trees with fall foliage, and there are other park benches and a blurred background of parked cars and buildings.
